The area

The apartment is located in the famous Via Dei Condotti that, for those who are familiar with the eternal city, needs no introduction. Located in the northern area of the Old Town, it serves as a link between Via del Corso and Piazza di Spagna and is known for being the most refined street of the luxurious shopping Roman. Via Condotti, as many call it to simplify, was initially known as Via Trinitatis (Via della Trinità) because it led - and still leads - to the famous staircase of Trinità dei Monti, which was, among others, the setting for numerous film shoots. In the entire avenue there are certainly cafes, lounge bars and restaurants where you can stop to rest during the long days experienced by tourists. For the more artistic souls who go to the Roman open-air museum, it will be interesting to know that a few steps from the apartment there is also Via Margutta, known as the street of artists that, since it was opened to the people in the Middle Ages, became, over the years, house for artists such as Federico Fellini, Giorgio De Chirico and Domenico Mastroianni. Staying in Via Condotti will allow you to immerse yourself in the splendour of Italian and international fashion and, at the same time, in Roman history; to the lucky ones, could finally reserve the privilege of meeting which celebrity overlooking a balcony or immersed in a walk.

Living room and kitchen

The arrangement of furniture and rooms in this apartment is quite unique and not at all obvious, so much so that you can hardly forget it after just a few days of stay. The living area, first of all, looks like a mix and match of modern elements such as transparent seats placed around the marble oval table, and other more classic such as the parquet floor. The wallpaper is definitely the protagonist with its large leaf texture in pastel shades of blue and water green. The wall units of one part of the kitchen are very minimalist and white in contrast to the black top on which the television is placed. The rest of the kitchen elements are located in two corners more hidden towards the windows; on the right are the sink with the dish rack and on the left the stove with the hood and the washing machine hidden in a cabinet. Very interesting is the transparent sliding door with wrought iron supports that leads directly to the most characteristic of the two bedrooms, of which we will then see the details.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The room of which we have anticipated the entry mode is truly unique thanks to the presence of several elements to which you are not used in a bedroom. In fact, in addition to the sliding glass door, which allows a lot of light to enter but which can also be darkened at any time thanks to the large camel-colored curtain, there is a shower stall and, near it, a small sink installed under a mirror. At the foot of the double bed there is a structure hanging clothes; next to it there is a desk with two seats and a round mirror, so to prepare for an evening out in the streets of the center will not even need to leave the room. Also in this room there is an armchair with a red cushion that recalls the red of one of the glass walls. Both through a door in this room and from the entrance corridor you can access the smallest of the two bathrooms where there are only the toilet and bidet. Back in the living room, however, you can access through the wooden door to the second double bedroom, where we find a second wardrobe, a window darkened with a curtain similar to the one described above. From this room you have direct access to the second bathroom, equipped with WC, sink and shower.
