Just a few steps away are the Spanish Steps, Via del Corso, and Via Margutta, known as the “artists' street” for its historic connection with the worlds of art and cinema. The area also offers numerous cafés, restaurants, and local venues, allowing guests to fully experience the atmosphere of central Rome while reaching many of the city's main attractions on foot.

Transport and Connections

Spagna Metro Station on Line A is just a short walk from the apartment and provides convenient connections to Termini Station, the Vatican, and many other areas of Rome.

Thanks to its particularly central location, many of Rome's main attractions can be easily reached on foot, including the Trevi Fountain, Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese, and the Pantheon.

The Apartment

This distinctive two-bedroom apartment stands out for its original layout and interiors that combine contemporary elements with more classic details.

The living area features parquet flooring and wallpaper decorated with large floral patterns in pastel shades of light blue and aqua green. At the center of the room is an oval marble-effect dining table with transparent chairs, while the open-plan kitchen is arranged across several areas and features minimalist white cabinetry contrasting with darker surfaces. It is equipped with a cooktop, sink, TV, and washing machine.

A distinctive sliding glass door leads to the first double bedroom, where a large curtain provides privacy whenever needed. The room features a double bed, clothes rack, desk with two chairs and a mirror, as well as an armchair. A shower and a small washbasin with a mirror are also located directly inside the bedroom.

A guest bathroom equipped with a WC and bidet can be accessed both from the first bedroom and from the hallway.
