The Area
Just a 2-minute walk from the Isola underground station (Line M5), this lovely one-bedroom apartment is located in one of the trendiest and most characteristic areas of the city: the Isola district. Recently redeveloped thanks to the activities and commitment of its residents, Isola is now the new beating heart of Milan. From the restaurants where you can taste cuisine from all over the world, to the countless nightclubs where you can spend pleasant evenings with friends over a good drink, Isola is home to extremely varied places of interest. A 7-minute walk from the flat is Piazza Gae Aulenti, a meeting place for Milanese and tourists alike, where you can admire the UniCredit Tower, the tallest skyscraper in Italy (a good 231 metres!). At the foot of the square is the public park 'La Biblioteca degli Alberi' ('The Library of Trees') which, as its name suggests, is a veritable botanical archive with plants and trees of all kinds, the characteristics and curiosities of which can be discovered thanks to maps and plaques scattered along the way. A 10-minute walk from the apartment is instead the Church of Santa Maria alla Fontana which, with its extraordinary frescoes, is a must for all art lovers.
The flat is located on the fourth floor of a "ringhiera" building, a typical Milanese dwelling from the early 1900s characterised by a series of flats placed side by side along a shared balcony.

Living room and kitchen
This delightful one-bedroom apartment opens onto a living area with attention to every detail. The comfortable single sofa bed, above which are four rows of shelves where books or objects can be stored, is located next to a large window that gives plenty of light to the entire living room. The room houses an open kitchen complete with all major appliances (electric kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher) and a table with four seats behind which are a bench and television. There is also a very capacious two-door display case, very useful for storing plates, cups or glasses.

The bedroom, which is also particularly bright and characterised by soft, elegant tones, is furnished with a double bed with two singles (which can be separated if necessary), bedside tables with abat-jour, a chest of drawers and a very spacious wardrobe.
The French window leads to a lovely balcony offering a spectacular view of the Bosco Verticale: two skyscrapers entirely covered with plants and trees that are among the most eco-friendly and scenic in the world. In the two walls immediately preceding the French window there are also doors that can be used as small storage rooms.
The bathroom with pistachio-coloured walls is equipped with all sanitary fittings, shower cubicle and double mirror.
