The area
The flat is located in the tranquillity of the Milanese suburbs, precisely in San Donato, a town well connected to the metropolis thanks to the presence of the yellow underground line, M3. Staying in this area offers many advantages, such as the proximity to a large supermarket and various establishments such as pizzerias, ice-cream parlours and tobacconists. During your stay in this flat, there will be no shortage of opportunities for nice walks in the open air, for example along the banks of Laghetto Europa or in the various parks scattered around the city. Should you then wish to take a stroll around the shops of Corso Vittorio Emanuele II or Via Torino, it will only take 15 minutes by metro to reach the Duomo and be able to admire it directly from the M3 exit.

Living room and kitchen
The main advantage of this flat is undoubtedly its spaciousness: every room is in fact very large and equipped with all those comforts that allow the guest to feel at home. On a lucky sunny day, moreover, the living area is particularly well-lit by windows and French windows overlooking the small balcony and, therefore, the condominium garden where large green fir trees reign supreme and shelter the flat from the direct sun even on hot summer days. As soon as we enter, we find on the right the large corner sofa with extendable footrest from which one can comfortably view the TV set opposite, as well as the dining table with six seats. Behind this is a large chest of drawers for storing all kinds of objects or clothing. The open kitchen is located on the opposite side from the entrance, illuminated by an additional French window leading onto the second interior balcony. It has all the main appliances, including a dishwasher, oven and microwave oven; its special feature is certainly the peninsula placed as a divider with the living room, where breakfast or a quick lunch sitting on the stools will certainly not be missed. The living room floor is made of light-coloured parquet with a mosaic pattern, while the kitchen floor is covered with tiles in a similar colour.
Rooms and bathrooms
The two bedrooms, both with large double beds, have mosaic parquet flooring, green walls like the living room and wooden furniture. They both have two bedside tables with drawers and abat-jour, a spacious multi-door wardrobe with drawers and clothes hangers, and a practical desk perfect for working or studying. Both rooms, practically identical, are finally spacious, lit by two windows and equipped with air-conditioning splits. The two bathrooms also resemble each other chromatically in that the orange of the tiles covering the walls and floors predominates, contrasting with the white of the sanitary ware and the free part of the walls. The first bathroom on the left is the longest and most spacious, with a raised floor on which the sanitary fittings and the large shower are located. The second bathroom, on the other hand, has a square floor plan but is also complete with all sanitary fittings and shower included. Finally, there is a room used as a storage room and/or laundry room in which there is a washing machine, ironing board, clothes rack and a further washbasin.

Dalla Stazione di Milano Centrale: prendere la linea gialla della metropolitana, M3, in direzione San Donato fino all’omonimo capolinea; da qui prendere il bus D133b con tratta S.DONATO MILANESE M3 – Marignano fino alla fermata Gramsci/Venezia; l’appartamento dista solo pochi metri dalla fermata. Dalla stazione di Porta Garibaldi: tra le diverse opzioni disponibili, quella che richiede meno cambi è prendere il treno S1 dalla stazione stessa in direzione Lodi fino alla fermata Borgolombardo; da qui l’appartamento dista circa dieci minuti a piedi. Da Cadorna: prendere la metro rossa linea M1 in direzione Sesto 1 Maggio FS fino a Duomo; qui cambiare e prendere la gialla M3 in direzione San Donato e seguire le indicazioni sopra riportate. Dall’aeroporto di Linate: prendere il bus 73 in direzione Duomo M1 M3 fino alla fermata di V.le Campania V.le Corsica; scendere e andare a piedi alla stazione di Milano Porta Vittoria e prendere il treno S1 in direzione Lodi; proseguire seguendo le indicazioni sopra riportate. Dall’Aeroporto di Malpensa: prendere la navetta fino alla stazione di Milano Centrale; qui prendere la metro gialla M3 fino alla fermata di San Donato e seguire le indicazioni sopra riportate.
