The Area
This bright one-bedroom apartment is located on the fourth floor of a "ringhiera" building, a typical Milanese dwelling dating back to the early 1900s characterised by a series of flats placed side by side along a shared balcony.
The street where this delightful flat is located is one of the most famous in the Milanese capital, where everything reminds one of the oriental world and culture due to the high number of Chinese shops and restaurants. This pedestrian street, renovated in the early 2000s, extends behind the Bastioni di Porta Volta and is also known as Milan's Chinatown. The district stretches lengthwise, immediately recalling the image of the famous Chinese dragon, and reaches as far as the foot of the glass pyramid where the large bookstore La Feltrinelli is located. The event, which attracts citizens and tourists of all nationalities here every year, is the enchanting Chinese New Year, when Via Paolo Sarpi is decorated with traditional oriental decorations. Not far away are the central Brera district, the famous Arco della Pace in Parco Sempione and the brand new Isola area. For those who do not like to take long walks, there are tram, bus and metro stops not far from the hotel, allowing them to tour the city far and wide.

Living room and kitchen
This two-room flat has a large attic living room with skylights that allow a lot of light into the flat, illuminating primarily the television cabinet and the yellow armchair from which, in the evening, one can comfortably admire the sky. Opposite the television is the unmistakable red sofa, behind which is the open kitchen. Built in the shape of a horseshoe, the kitchen has all the main appliances and ample countertop space, perfect for cooking a good dinner that can, if desired, be enjoyed on the terrace. The dining area inside the house is located behind the kitchen and consists of a modest extendable table. Continuing in this direction, one then reaches the outdoor area mentioned above: from here one can enjoy a panoramic view over the Milanese rooftops while savouring a good glass of wine in summer or while warming oneself with a hot chocolate in winter. On the well-equipped terrace, in addition to the table with two comfortable chairs, there is a useful washbasin and storage room.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The bedroom, in which the red of the living room is picked up by the chest of drawers and the original bedside table, is small but very cosy and modern. It is equipped with a second split for air conditioning, a double bed and a French window opening onto a second small balcony. The bathroom, whose dominant colour is yellow, is equipped with sanitary fittings and a shower cubicle.
