The area
The flat is located halfway between the Forlanini and Città Studi areas, not far also from the Ortica area, in residential neighbourhoods detached from the chaos of the city centre, but nevertheless well connected by bus and tram. The greatest advantage is its proximity to Milan Linate airport, which can be reached by public transport (bus 73 or metro M4) in less than 20 minutes. The Milano Forlanini train station is also a 20-minute walk away, making it easy to travel outside the Milanese capital. The whole area is well served by restaurants, bars, supermarkets and pharmacies.

Living room and kitchen
The living area of this cosy three-room apartment consists of a living room and kitchen. In the living room the pastel green of the two walls behind the windows, door and large window overlooking the city, allows the tenants to stay in a relaxing and cosy environment; the furniture is modern and the parquet immediately warms the whole room. The room consists of a suede sofa with a chaise longue placed in front of the TV cabinet, a dark wood dining table and associated seating. The room is also equipped with an air-conditioning split. Passing through the corridor in which there is a comfortable chest of drawers and where the green of the wall acts as a guiding thread, one reaches the kitchen, where the green is echoed by the unique refrigerator. On one side of the kitchen is the hob with wall units, while opposite is a counter (excellent for breakfast or a small aperitif) and the oven. At the far end of the kitchen is the French window that gives access to the small balcony.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The master bedroom plays on neutral tones of white and dove-grey: the wall that immediately catches the eye is the one behind the headboard of the bed, embellished with some golden details such as frames and squares. Placed on either side of the bed, there are two bedside tables with a particular semi-circular shape in dark wood, on which the corresponding bedside lamps are placed. In the double bedroom there are also two armchairs, a large multi-door wardrobe and an elegant chest of drawers under the vintage mirror. The windows help to brighten up the room. The second bedroom, on the other hand, has a single bed, a wooden bookcase, a clothes stand and a bedside table with an abat-jour. Here too the colours are soft and the room is lit by the window at the foot of the bed. The bathroom, which certainly echoes the colours found in the two bedrooms, is complete with sanitary fittings, a bathtub with shower doors and several shelves hidden behind the shower doors.
