This charming apartment is located in one of the most evocative areas of the majestic Italian capital, along the Tiber River, in the stretch that connects Via Vittoria Colonna to Piazza della Libertà, in the Prati district. The Lungotevere dei Mellini takes its name from the homonymous family, who also own houses in the Monti district and in Piazza Navona. The area is surrounded by the history of the city and the modernity of the premises, and is easily accessible from Lepanto metro station (line A) or, alternatively, either by train (FC3, FL3, FL5, RV) or by bus (150F, 280, 30, 628, 70, 81, 87, 990).

After the hallway that we find at the entrance of the house, we walk along a long corridor enriched on its left by a library and, at the end, by a golden reminder of the famous statue of Nike of Samothrace. From the entrance hall you can access, first, the most modern of the two kitchens: rectangular and characterized by black and white, the structure is complete with all the main appliances, induction hob and washing machine. Continuing, to the right of the corridor is the first bathroom provided, like the others, with large shower and toilet. You enter, later, in the first double bedroom, where the shades of blue and gold are the masters; inside, the door of the small private bathroom located a couple of steps below, is confused with the pattern of the wall, that transports us inside the Colosseum; the blue stairs lead instead to a large loft walk-in closet. From this room you can then access, through a French window, to a first terrace with a square plan, equipped with a round table in wrought iron, which surprises mainly for the view it offers: it will not be difficult to distinguish, among other monuments, the Altare della Patria and the Trinità dei Monti Church. The other door window of the terrace leads to the elegant living room in which we have dining table with four seats, conversation area in front of the fireplace and flat screen television; thanks to the French doors, this, like most of the rooms, is extremely bright and offers a unique view of the heart of the capital.

Second floor

Returning to the entrance, we climb the wooden stairs to reach the upper floor, where there are the second double bedroom with desk, bedside table and wardrobe with several doors, the other two bathrooms adjacent to each other and the second kitchen, smaller and discreet, complete with all appliances. To close the upper floor there is the last living room equipped with a large corner sofa (from which it is possible to obtain two separate single beds) and television that accompanies us, through a large French window, to the largest of the two terraces. Perfect for an aperitif at sunset or a dinner in the summer evenings, this space also offers a breathtaking view of the city.
