Living room and kitchen
This bright four-bedroom apartment will surprise you as soon as you walk through the entrance, both for the light it is able to welcome through the various windows and French windows with which it is equipped, and for its spaciousness, perfectly suited to a maximum number of 6 guests. The design of the flat is also characteristic and interesting: the vintage style of the floor matches perfectly with the modernity of the furnishings, all played out in the soft, cold tones of beige and dove-grey; the wood of the table and wall units, then, makes the whole environment decidedly welcoming. The living room consists of a conversation area with sofa, armchair and TV cabinet on the right and an open kitchen with induction hob and dishwasher, dining table and peninsula on the left; the light bulbs placed on the dining table will allow guests to create a suggestive atmosphere even in the darkest hours of the day. Also not to be overlooked is the small terrace that can be accessed through the French window, which at sunset time will provide an excellent cue for an evocative photo.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The door leading to the first sleeping area is located to the left of the entrance: from here one enters the master bedroom which has, inside, the first of two bathrooms, complete with shower, toilet and washing machine. In this elegant room there is also a walk-in wardrobe and a French window giving access to a small balcony, which is also overlooked by the bathroom window. The other sleeping area, on the other hand, is accessed via a sliding door located to the right of the vestibule at the entrance: here are the two small bedrooms and the second bathroom. Both rooms are furnished with two single beds that can be joined, wardrobes and comfortable desks for studying or working; while in the one on the right there is a large window, in the one on the left there is a further French window with access to the third and last balcony. The bathroom that divides the two rooms is equipped with shower, sanitary ware, window, and is modern like the rest of the rooms: on the wall on the sanitary ware side the marble pattern dominates.
